While this gift may not be huge, my promise to you is that it WILL NOT BE a little trinket like a refrigerator magnet, or some chintzy door-knocker you couldn't care less about. I don't like getting that type of stuff and my guess is, you don't either.

After every 10th closing I will host an evening where those ten clients will be entered into a drawing. One of the ten goes home with the $$$.
Why would I do this??? Quite simply, I do it for two reasons. First, I love having fun, and being able to do something like this for my clients is FUN for me.
