I am happily married to Katie, my high school sweetheart, and together we have a son named Seton (pronounced like Seton Hall University), a dog named Wrigley and a cat named Trouble. We all live together in a casa located in Ankeny.
I have been practicing real estate since 2005 and I love what I do. Each year has been better than the last and I acknowledge my amazing clients and friends as the reason this is true.
I have a desire to do things a bit differently than my competition. You will see this manifest itself through things like this website, which was designed to be the most simple and clean site of any of my peers. There are no lead capture buttons or anything else to trick people into giving me their info. The goal is simply to give you a better feel of who I am and what I do.
Also, I continue to separate myself from my competition by doing things like Facebook ticket giveaways and my $5,000 drawing for my clients. I routinely give back to my clients in a generous fashion because I want them to feel as appreciated as they really are.
What can you expect from me when we work together??? Here are a few things that you can take to the bank:
* I will always treat you and your family with respect. You don't ever have to fear getting "yelled at" or being called stupid. Yes, I have actually heard of other agents doing these things.
* No pressure. Ever. I realize I cannot make someone buy or sell a home. Things happen in their own time. I may gently push you in a direction at times, but only when it benefits you.
* Helpful advice. I have been doing this long enough to be able to help you no matter what the issue is. And if I can't help you, I am not too shy to tell you so and find somebody who can.
* I promise to do my best to get you the best possible deal. This does not always take the form of the lowest or highest price, but together we will look at the overall picture and determine what is best for you.
* You will walk away from our deal together knowing that I did the best I could under the circumstances. You will never be cheated. You will never be lied to. You will never be taken advantage of.
Nothing drives me crazier than meeting people who had a bad experience with their real estate agent. This takes many forms. Sometimes the agent was lazy, or sometimes the agent did not negotiate hard on their behalf. Whatever the reason is, this drives me to make each transaction I do have as good of an outcome as possible.
